“I really enjoy the challenge, good workouts, good nutritional tips and nice people. Virtual classes are good too. I would just only improve them a bit as those who are exercising at home sometimes cannot follow because the music is louder than the instructor’s voice. But, even with this minor thing, I love the classes and would recommend anyone to take the challenge. Take it to the Max!“
