“I have nothing but great things to say about this vet office. I am a crazy cat mom and I am a very anxious person when it comes to my animals. I found out on Sunday that my cat Scout would need a cystotomy surgery for a bladder stone. I called city by the sea on Monday (they were recommended to me by a ton of people on Facebook) and they got me in the same night for appointment. Dr. Santos-Melody spent so much time with me, doing an extensive evaluation on Scout, went over his blood work, his surgery, and answered any and all questions I had. She was incredible. We originally scheduled the surgery for the 18th but I called and expressed how stressed I was about the position he was in and they moved his surgery up for me. This has been such a crazy few days and I cannot express how easy they have made this process. Their staff, pricing, availability and all around business is just amazing. I seriously could not recommend them enough. Thank you to Karen, Dr. Santos-Melody and to the owner Dr. Tom for working with me and doing all you can do for my baby boy.
