They even took my calls over the weekend, and their pricing was reasonable—we can still send the kids to college!

“I have nothing but great things to say about this vet office. I am a crazy cat mom and I am a very anxious person when it comes to my animals. I found out on Sunday that my cat Scout would need a cystotomy surgery for a bladder stone. I called city by the sea on Monday (they were recommended to me by a ton of people on Facebook) and they got me in the same night for appointment. Dr. Santos-Melody spent so much time with me, doing an extensive evaluation on Scout, went over his blood work, his surgery, and answered any and all questions I had. She was incredible. We originally scheduled the surgery for the 18th but I called and expressed how stressed I was about the position he was in and they moved his surgery up for me. This has been such a crazy few days and I cannot express how easy they have made this process. Their staff, pricing, availability and all around business is just amazing.
