“I am putting five stars, because Dr Nelson was five stars for a very long time. He has family upfront and another great front office staff person. For a very long time this all works so well and I loved going in there as long as I had a fairly healthy animal course, so it was very upsetting to me to see this change and I'm having a hard time replacing him, but I must. His ability now in 2024 has deteriorated and sadly, I also witnessed him attempting to euthanize a dog that my friend brought in and he virtually couldn't do it --he was poking at the veins. He didn't use the pink juice. What can I say!?!... he was quite agitated...but it just seems that he's got a great office staff, a great reputation, and it's time to retire and enjoy the rest of your time.“

“Our visit was delightful! Very warm, patient, and knowledgeable staff, other customers appeared content, very clean facility, very short wait to see the doctor. Staff took time to get to know my pup and I think she won them over! Very nice facility.“

“Tonight was my dog’s initial evaluation for therapy. He is 7 years old & has a chronic injury that hinders him to run and play like a pawrent would hope for. I met with Dr Fuoco & the Technician, Ashley, who were beyond amazing. They took time to listen, get all of my dog’s health history, and provided him with options that were flexible for my schedule, while sticking to his needs. They were so sweet & gentle with him and understood that he was nervous. They made him feel at ease & I am forever thankful. I was very impressed from beginning to end!“

“I originally requested HousePaws services to vaccinate and assess a senior Husky we adopted. Years later, I had them euthanize that Husky at home. The Vet and Vet Tech arrived timely and on time. Both were kind, professional and compassionate. The procedure was performed proficiently and respectfully. They've been so great, now i take my healthy puppy to them. The same Vet sees us each time - continuity of care is important to me. She and the Vet Tech have taken their time during our appointments, been thorough in answering my questions and helping with suggestions. “Dr. Garruba and his staff have been taking care of my pets (one cat, two dogs) since 2010. My pets have always been treated gently and with compassion, and I know they are getting the right treatment. When our golden retriever was dying two years ago, Dr. Garruba came out to my car to examine him, and told me that the end was near. He recommended a service that does euthanasia in the home, which turned out to be the best way. If you're looking for a vet practice that combines good care and respect for your pets, this is the place.“

“I brought my dog homer in after a serious injury (paraphimosis). We were told by most that he would need an amputation, a costly surgery that wasn't a sure success. After bringing homer in, the staff welcomed us in with open arms and promptly assisted homer, they suggested a surgery to attempt to fix it. At the time is was already pretty bad, unlike anything I have seen before and to be honest it didn't seem like his chances were great. They performed the surgery, and had him come in for constant checkups for a month straight, always working around our busy schedules. After a month of truly wonderful care, and a little help from antibiotics, homer is doing as good as ever, running and playing like he always has. The people there saved my best friend, gave me much more time with him, and above all else, truly cared about me, my family, and my buddy homer during the whole process. I urge you to not pay attention to any negative comments about them on here because when it comes down to it they are completely wrong. These people care about what they are doing and who they are doing it for, and if it wasn't for them my dog wouldn't be here today. 5 stars and to the staff from my whole family, we love you and thankyou for everything you do.“

“I was highly impressed when I brought my first pet here! I came early to my appoitment, and they took me back promptly. They patiently showed me how to trim my kittens nails, and informed me on important information I should know regarding the cats health such as vaccines, check ups, etc. additionally they sent me home with a folder of resources and information! “Dr. Skolnick is always pleasant and wants to be sure our dog, Tukker, is healthy. Tukker is not always as nice with her, as he does not tolerate well the necessary sticking and prodding of veterinary care. This means extra charges for special care when he gets his vaccines and full physical, but it is of course worth it. His latest was a wellness visit for a plane trip with none of that business. So Tukker was happy but alert, and the visit went well.“

“BluePearl was recommended by our Vet since this is an eye issue and somewhat rare. Analpontment was scheduled more quickly and is a non emergency. The pre visit information and reminder of appt. Came with a good deal of information and directions. Impressive! Once arriving at BluePearl, we checked in and their process and intake was efficient. We waited a few mi Utes for the the vet we are meeting and specializes in eyes. 12 year old Persian, Addie can be hard to deal with but the staff was excellent with her. Thorough exam and validated the issue and then recommended the treatment for this with costs. The office area and reception is pleasant and clean. And Dr Long and staff are professional and explained everything! Highly recommend based upon this initial visit.“
