I took my dog very early the morning of 2/17 because he had the gags and brought up bike. The receptionist was patient and kind to me noticing how anxious my dog was. They were very busy with critical care dogs and short staffed but neither the nurse nor receptionist rushed me or made me feel as if my dog was any less important. My dog was seen by a nurse in less than a half hour of me arriving. I just want to thank the staff working the early morning hours for being kind and patient.
Excellent medical care as always! As a veterinarian I have been consistently impressed with the quality of medicine and the professionalism of the staff. Thank you for being available for our animals!
This is not the first time we’ve had to take one of our pups here. Every time the service and care provided is nothing but exceptional. While waiting to be discharged, 3 other critical emergencies came in. The staff met the patients at the door and one staff member walked back with the pet while another started to gather information about what happened. There are tissue boxes throughout the waiting are since not all emergencies have a happy ending. Thank you Blue Pearl for taking care of us in our time of need.
