“My older son started when he was 5 and he is now almost 11! My youngest son started when he was 4 and is now 5. Master Chad at USA Karate and Fitness in Hamilton is amazing . We have been part of the USA Karate Family for 6 years now! My little guy has high functioning Autism and literally kicks ninja butt in class! The discipline and respect is everything! My older son is headed to his black belt and couldn't be more proud of himself (as we are very proud of him as well. ) I love that the kids learn that hard work and respect pay off! Master Chad has the patience of a saint. He keeps everything incredible clean and organized.
