I took me just about 10 minutes for my name to be called i was really impressed on how fast walks in are called i got taken care of real fast. “Seckin Endometriosis Center has changed my life. After years of being rejected by doctors and struggling for someone to believe in my pain enough to operate on me (many said I was too young to have endometriosis or severe pain), I finally came across this clinic. Not only did Dr. Chu hear me out, but she validated my pain and experiences from our very first conversation. I knew I had to fly in to NYC to meet with her and follow through with the procedure right away. Throughout the entire process everyone was so kind and I truly felt cared for (office staff, assistants, surgeons, anesthesiologist, nurses, hospital staff). I couldn't have possible asked for a better experience. And despite the fact that all of my imaging had come back clear--Dr. Chu discovered Stage ll endometriosis during my excision operation. The doctor and the rest of the ladies work pretty hard. They deserve more help, the doctor timed herself and even though the alarm went off, she did not rush and treated me with respect and compassion, explained my birth control options and in any moment she was rushing even though she knew she was falling behind. So please get more staff, they all deserve it.“

“They’re good but for whatever reason there’s like a very subliminal attitude in the atmosphere in there …like they try to discourage u as soon as u walk in with that “it’ll b a 3 hour wait” …it’s never that long ..it’s always less than an hour for what I go for which is testing ….then when u go back there they seem to rush everything and b real cold …like the idea of people being in the place irks them …it’s NEVER crowded …the patients are never rude or rowdy when I’m there so I don’t know what the staff be so miserable about …they need some Prozac in that bih …they’re too efficient to be acting all sour all day“
