“The facility was super clean, and I loved that they had mask in the front for patients. I was the first and only patient in the morning so there was no wait which was a plus. The medical assistant and APN were great. My only negative experience was with the lady at the front desk with the dreads. She had a nasty attitude & she wasn’t hospitable at all! When dealing with patients you should always be pleasant and polite. I’ve been working In healthcare for almost 14 years now and front desk office staff are the first people you see when being checked in & that interaction should always be positive. Thankfully everyone else was amazing, I’d definitely come back despite the mean lady at the front.“

Would have loved a better response when I called. When I asked if it was busy now? It was 8:40 am and the answer I got was “ it’s an urgent care” it tends to get busy of course when I arrive there were two ahead of me that would have been a better answer.“
