This Urgent Care is great to go to when you’re in pain as I was. I had intense back pain. I walked in, checked in, and was seen in about 15 minutes. Not bad for a walk in. The receptionists were nice. The nurse/assistant was pleasant and brought me water. The doctor was empathetic and was sure you give me medicine that was safe for me and my child. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I will return if I ever need an Urgent Care facility in the near future.

I went in for chest pains and was immediately tended to. The process was quick, the nurses did their best to ask me as many questions regarding my symptoms and the doctor was very knowledgeable about my concerns. They did everything they possibly could to help me and that made me feel way more visible than other urgent cares have ever made me feel. Thanks CityMD!

The check-in took us 3 minutes. And the wait time was only 15 minutes before we got called into the room. I think it’s pretty good. The Physician/nurse took the time to evaluated my son, who had a very bad allergic reaction after he accidentally consume peanut products. He was given the right treatment, my son got better within half an hour and we went home safe. Highly recommend.
