As part of the Jewelry Exchange in Edgewater, when I arrived the gentleman directed me to VK who took care of me. He took me to the back to watch my ring get cleaned as well so I didn't have to worry at all about my ring/diamond! Less than 30 minutes, and $40 later my ring is clean and fits fantastic (without needing one of those plastic ring spacers)!“

I received an initial email about 1 hour later. 4 orher emails detailing the status were received as the process progressed. The watch arrived 15 June. The engraving was as requested. Shipping?
