“I just want to share how wonderful Hector was in helping me and my husband with our air conditioner unit today. The temperature in our house was up to 81 degrees despite setting it to much lower the last two days. I originally called a different company that I had a maintenance agreement with. They came and said there was ice in it and said to turn it off and let it defrost and they would come back to finish the maintenance the next day. When they came back, they wanted an exorbitant amount of money for a temporary fix. This is when I decided to get a second opinion and found Perfect Air. Hector called me back and asked many pertinent questions in order to determine the problem. He came over right away on a Sunday and the total cost to repair it was approximately the price of what the other company was just charging for the refrigerant. What a breath of fresh air to have a fair, professional, and trustworthy company to rely on. I will definitely be calling Hector and Perfect Air in the future.“

“Truly spectacular experience! We came home to find that our A/C system had failed and our house was boiling hot. I called Redding's this morning and they were able to send out a technician (Mike B.) first thing. Mike B. quickly diagnosed the problem (the blower fan was broken) and ordered a new part, being careful not to overpromise on delivery time. Neal, who handles parts for Redding's, was miraculously able to procure the part the very same day, and Mike B. was able to come back that afternoon to install it. Redding's exceptional service spared us from potentially having to suffer from weeks of our home being uninhabitable due to A/C failure (not to mention associated hotel costs, dog boarding, etc).
