“I had to find a second vet because my regular vet did not provide the services I needed for one of my cats. I had been to Complete Veterinary Care many years prior for an emergency visit under another vet (Dr. Vorhies) with a different cat. However, it seems the practice changed vets, so I researched Dr. Anacker and he came highly recommended. Dr. Anacker is calm and level-headed. He took me on as a new patient within a couple of days even though he was booked solid for two weeks. He also saw me every 7 to 10 days for several months to give antibiotic shots to my sick cat (and discuss other methods of treatment) even though we both knew my cat Stephen was never going to get well. He always listened carefully and never rushed me out the door. Several times he squeezed me in on the day I called even though he was booked solid. The office always responded in a timely manner and was very cordial. I was also able to provide updates via email. I am so thankful to him. He enabled me to have a few more months with my precious Stephen. I would definitely go back to him again without hesitation.“

“I have been going to Werner Animal Hospital for over thirty years now. Started with Dr. Werner Sr. and since his retirement, have been seeing Dr. Werner Jr. and his wife. We travel over 1/2 an hour to bring my two dogs and my kids 3 dogs. The doctors are efficient and knowledgeable and always explain options. They refer to specialists if necessary. The staff is kind and very compassionate in all circumstances. Prices are competitive. On my third set of dogs over the years and have always felt they care about the animal first. I cannot recommend them enough!“

Although typically addressing needs of high performance Equine I was incredibly impressed with her knowledge of farm animals as she quickly assessed and diagnosed the issue, saving my sheep's life. “Can’t say enough about Tri County and the Dr’s and staff. My dad has an older dog and has his own vet. Unfortunately, on Monday Rusty was suffering terribly. We called his vet of 2 years at 8:10 and explained what was going on with Rusty and we believed it was time we let him go. They informed me they have no Dr. until 9am and no openings until 11:40. I went on to say you must have consideration for an emergency of this sort, they didn’t. I hung up and called my vet Tri County, explained I have a unique situation and explained. They asked if we can be there by 8:40am. When we got there we saw Dr. Torres immediately, she evaluated him with all information we can provide about his history. She gave us options, including putting Rusty to rest, however, we felt it was time for him to go. The staff was absolutely amazing. They handled the matter with ease, care and compassion. “We have 3 dogs that are an absolute pain to get to the vet. 2 get car sick and the other one howls the whole way. A quick Google search led me to Dr petlover. I sent a quick request and it was answered by Giovanna in a timely manner. Multiple days and times were provided for the visit. After choosing...They contacted my vet for records to ensure they received what they needed. Great communication throughout! Dr. Campos and Kenya took such great care of 2 of our dogs. They were very patient and thorough. Even brought them each a Goody bag. Lab results and recommendations were delivered by email. Overall great experience and made for a less stressful experience for our fur babies and us! Highly recommend!“

“We brought our dog here after he was diagnosed with Stage 3 lymphoma. We started him on a chemotherapy protocol after much discussion about different types and what type of outcome they may have. I have worked in oncology research for the last 12 years, so I am very well versed in chemo protocols and lymphoma treatment and plans, and they had many options to choose from based on his expected outcome (which was poor because he had a T cell lymphoma which is very aggressive). We went to the clinic weekly, got to know the techs and staff very well. I understand that since this is also an Emergency clinic, people do not always have the best outcomes, but we had nothing but a great experience. Our dog was happy to visit his new friends, and he was treated so well. I was able to have honest and thorough conversations with the doctors (because of my background I had a lot of questions and experiences), and they always took the time to have a discussion with me. The place is so busy, especially in the oncology side, and I hadn't spoken to one person there who had had a bad experience either. Unfortunately, we lost our dog after he relapsed twice, but he made it two more months without treatment, and had a high quality of life. The doctors at AERA always kept in touch with my regular vet, so he always knew what our status was, and after we had to make the difficult decision that it was time, our vet called AERA to let the staff know. We immediately received a phone call from Dr. Alsarraf expressing her sympathy. She had said to me at one of our visits for treatment, that our pup was the happiest guy she ever met. It meant a lot that they could reach out during that time, even though we hadn't seen them in a couple of months. I could go on and on, but if you are local to the area, and are dealing with a cancer diagnosis, I think this is an amazing place to end up.“
