They have learned discipline, self-confidence, self control and time management. As young as 4 years old my son was able to compete in TKD competions and build confidence in himself. Sensei Eric is extremely talented at keeping a group of 5 year olds engaged and interested the whole time. Not only does he (and Master Lee) stress fundamentals of kumdo, which can easily be translated into any phases of life, but also - and more importantly - takes time to explain why. He and Master Lee are very knowledgeable and very personable.Although my current schedule doesn't allow me to practice now, I recently enrolled my two kids and have been very happy with this decision.
