“Jenn has been amazing with our pup. She is older and can be grumpy, but she takes her time with her and treats her like she is part of her pack! When I pick her up, she is happy and not shaking like crazy. This speaks volumes because our girl typically has high anxiety and is so scared of strangers. She makes herself right at home at Jenn's. I love that she feels comfortable getting groomed. Not only does Jenn treat our girl wonderfully, she also does a great job with her grooming. She always grooms her in the desired length and style and she always smells so nice! We will continue to bring our dog to Jenn for her grooming needs. I highly recommend her!“

It’s great that they have activities for the dogs to do, and specialty doggy crafts sometimes as well. There are treats you can add for the day for your dog after playtime. “We've been taking our dog Boomer here for about one year. He is very particular and we've been to a lot of groomers. He loves going to the Dog Room. He always comes back looking perfect and smelling great. The staff are extremely friendly and tell us how much they love Boomer and that he is a good boy. They are knowledgeable too. They told us once over the winter that he had some dry skin probably due to heat. They were right as confirmed by our vet. I highly recommend this place and so does Boomer.“

“It was our first time visiting this location and we loved it (as well as our Mandy)! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the welcoming and courteous staff and were impressed about how clean and bright this location was. They were well organized, efficient and truly seemed to care about all of the pets. Mandy's grooming was done very quickly and she come out all decked out for 4th of July! The pricing was reasonable and on par with other groomers we've used in the area. This is now our go to groomer and we highly recommend giving The Barking Lot a try!
