“I hired Carlos to add stairs from first floor down to my basement. Unfortunately, I have to cancel the contract cause architect miscalculated and will make my room very small. I asked for refund since he had not done any labor and had not brought any material. However, he doesn't want to give it back to me even though The contract says labor and materials included on the price he gave. So I have to brought it to court. I WON the judgment and he was ordered to give the refund but he still ignores me even after giving him sometime to respond and do the refund. Don't use this guy. I will not recommend this guy. He cannot be trusted.I have all the judgement order showing that I won and I am going to report him to consumer affairs.EDIT: I indeed reviewed the wrong business. I apologize.“

“For someone wanting to hire craftsmen to remodel a bathroom for the first time, I felt a bit overwhelmed. There were lots of decisions to be made about tiling, vanities, sinks, overall design philosophy.

Fortunately, Billy, Gianna and the crew were elite at settling down my worries. We took it a step at a time and they were able to accommodate some of my limitations, such as me not being able to pickup up my bathtub, vanity and toilet with my small car. They took time to arrange a pickup on my behalf even though the project was not to start for a couple of weeks. Now that's looking after the customer!

Once the demo started, it was a very smooth process. I felt like I was briefed/consulted every step of the way and other specific experts such as the sheetrock and glass contractor got involved to put it all together. On a personal note, it made me admire even more the meticulous process of remodeling any interior room, much less a bathroom as well as the versatility and know-how necessary to tile, make the plumbing and electrical work, all while adhering to what the client wants. It's hard work and no doubt took many years and experience to get to this point of expertise. “Out of the blue, a portion of our living room ceiling collapsed. Nobody was hurt. It was original to the 84 year old house, and the nails holding it to the joists just failed. Bob Hume came over soon after I called and we determined that several rooms, ultimately 5 (living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms) plus the ceiling above a stairway, needed to be replaced. He had a crew in the next day to demo the living room ceiling. This was a profoundly disruptive event, but Bob was very concerned that I was satisfied and kept in touch. The crew was really good at what they do. They cleaned up thoroughly. I would be happy to work with them again.“

“I recently had my bathroom renovated by NJ Kitchens and Baths, Inc.. I highly recommend this company for your next renovation.
I had to move out of my condo for my renovation and that was hard for me to do. However, Andrew Koutoudis, proprietor, and his team: Lydia, Darek and Marion made this project so easy for me. While I was away from my home, they sent me pictures of their progress.
I selected my tiles and quartz at the NJ Kitchens and Baths showroom with the help of Lydia, Senior Designer, and Andrew. Then Andrew made me a shopping list for all the plumbing supplies needed for my renovation. The suppliers that Andrew recommended for my purchases were great to work with. Their products were of good quality. I am so glad he made these recommendations.
I knew exactly what vanity I was looking for. I gave Andrew a brochure of a 48" white vanity that was similar to what I had in mind. Andrew did the shopping and found a vanity from a manufacturer that he liked. It was even better! The drawers were deeper and it had a beautiful matching mirror. With the quartz top and hardware that I selected from Andrew's showroom, the vanity looks beautiful. Along with the wall shelves that Andrew suggested, I have so much storage space. I added some decorative baskets and small vases.
Darek and Marion have an excellent work ethic. They work hard and diligently. Even with a supply issue they stayed on target. A small plumbing part had to be replaced at the very end of the project and Darek replaced it on the morning of the 4th of July before I returned home so I had a functional sink.
I moved out on June 10th and returned on July 4th. Their work is amazing!
My bathroom is absolutely beautiful. My neighbors were amazed with the transformation. I have received so many compliments from friends and family.
