“Excellent experience. Ben provided a written estimate and verbally explained what was needed and how they would make my roof repairs. He performed a full inspection to make sure there wasn't more damage than it looked like. There wasn't. Ben's team did a fantastic job at a more than reasonable price. Showed up at the exact time they said they would, performed the work and cleaned up so the yard looked as if nothing ever happened. Thinking a squirrel may have caused this, I contacted Gold Medal. Jim’s crew arrived quickly and secured the loose flashing. They confirmed no critters had made entry into the house. “Sinan and his team is great, they are a family business which means they have alot flexibility and can offer good price on top of good work. There are quite a communication and work around COI that my building requires at the first place, but it works out at the end with some extra cost that I'm willing to pay.I was really hesitate to leave my place to the them while I'm on a 2 weeks vacation, but I decided to take the risk and have them to work in my apartment without any supervision. I texted Sinan everyday to check on the status, and he is very responsive and send me pictures and go above and beyond to make sure everything is good. Side story, my friend helped me to check on my apartment one nite while im still on vacation and told me there is water leaking from my kitchen sink. And I texted Sinan right away, he drove 40min from his home to my place to check on everything and help me to fixed the water leakage. What a life saver!There might be some language barrier but these guys are super professional and know what they do, at end of the day it's not a problem at all.Overall, I'm very glad I chose to work with them and happy with the renovation result. I would highly recommend them!“
