“Studio 108 was recommended by a co worker. I made an appointment with Noelle. I cannot say enough about her as a stylist and colorist. We did a cut and consult for a major color change. I went the next week and was absolutely blown away by her skill level and research she did to make it happen. I had a woman yelling out her car window as I crossed the street how beautiful my hair was!
