The front desk staff was amazing and easy to work with.Now into the real deal. Melanie was like a wizard. She listened to what I was saying, gave me really great ideas and thoughts on what would work for me and I 100% trusted her. It's literally the best hair cut I have ever had. I am able to style it everyday, something I've never been good at. I've gotten so many compliments on it. She made me feel amazing and was comfortable to talk with. “The Ruby Lily Spa is a beautiful, clean, and private salon. It is a wonderful place, and Teena (the owner) is so welcoming. She personalizes the experience and really takes her time with gel manicures and making sure that the nails are healthy and taken care of. I first came with my nails not in the best shape, and she has been wonderful in communicating with me and checking on how everything is going. This is such a pleasant experience. I was seen by Donna and she is a hair artist. She colored my hair exactly how I wanted and did not shame me for having long hair. When I used to go to Hair Cuttery, they would make me feel bad for having long hair and charge extra. Not Shear Sensations. They won't pressure you to cut your hair.
