“I've been training with Wayne since the beginning of January so about 3-4 months now and I currently train with him 3 times a week. I have nothing but good things to say. Wayne is very experienced and knowledgable and it really shows in the workouts and exercises he selects and explains. He is very sociable and easy to get along with so each workout is always a blast. The workout area and equipment is very clean and he pays a lot of attention to detail, especially on proper form to avoid injury. I'm always exhausted after every workout but also feeling good and very motivated. I left a more detailed review on yelp. Price is also very competitive so I'm more than satisfied. In my opinion, it's very worth training with him if you're looking for a personal trainer.“

“I was introduced to Fitboro through a friend. At first, I thought it was going to be for only a few classes as I prefer exercising by myself. But Fitboro and Alisha changed that. Alisha is a fantastic coach. To start with she is super fit herself and is a role model. She designs her program keeping in mind the current state of her trainees and gently nudges and pushes them to achieve more. Alisha is also extremely knowledgeable and can help correct problems with technique and structures her program to not only improve overall fitness and strength but also to address any weaknesses. “Really nice, new, clean and inclusive facility! It looked like a "you name it, they have it" type of a scenario. I played basketball on their really nice indoor courts for awhile and met some nice people to play with. Rest of my group did classes, weights and machines... they said they had a good time“
