“I have been going to Linders since 1970s. In 1986 I took my wedding dress for cleaning/storage. In 2021 my daughter was getting married and wanted to see if my dress would work. I went to the attic and it was still in a Linders box. The dress was perfect! Not yellowed, not damaged in any way. Amazing!But my best story of Linders excellence is a recent trip with a very expensive heavy sweater (Faherty brand) to alter it in a practical way for me. The sweater was special in that my son gave to me so I love it and wanted to wear it but it was an over the head not a cardigan. Linders did an outstanding job by converting it to a cardigan with the perfect color zipper and a top quality tailoring work.Bravissimi Linders. “Pat the owner, is awesome. I have been a client since Pat took over management of the place from the prior owners several years ago, maybe 6 or 7. He honored my business with a perpetual discount to keep my business! So cool! He also honors the shop Hillsborough card, a tax benefit for Hillsborough residents where I receive a % of spend back annually. Finally, when I moved out of the area, he volunteered to pick up my order and drop it off on his own commute. Once I lost a shirt with the service (this is the first and only garment I've lost in my many years of service with them) and Pat continued to look for it for weeks and I was shocked that he actually found it! 4* because I wish the hours were earlier. I went to drop something off at 7:55am yesterday and the shop was closed. Thought they opened at 7:30am. I really miss the caliber of service I receive from Pat and I really wish he could open up a shop closer to my new home. Not sure how much longer this pick up drop off option will last since sometimes I do need the ability to do rush jobs and I can't do that right now, but I am so thankful for Pat's amazing service.“
