Finally, when I moved out of the area, he volunteered to pick up my order and drop it off on his own commute. Once I lost a shirt with the service (this is the first and only garment I've lost in my many years of service with them) and Pat continued to look for it for weeks and I was shocked that he actually found it! 4* because I wish the hours were earlier. I went to drop something off at 7:55am yesterday and the shop was closed. Thought they opened at 7:30am. I really miss the caliber of service I receive from Pat and I really wish he could open up a shop closer to my new home. Not sure how much longer this pick up drop off option will last since sometimes I do need the ability to do rush jobs and I can't do that right now, but I am so thankful for Pat's amazing service.“
