They were always professional and responsive, they showed up and worked hard every day, and tidied up each night before they left. “Easily able to pic out carpet in store with many samples to choose from. Ed was super helpful and knew what was in stock and estimated delivery/installation times. The carpet came to the warehouse earlier than planned and i was able to have it installed 2 days earlier. Dan and his brother came and were in and out in a couple hours… seamless process throughout…will definitely purchase carpet/ floors here again“

“Jerry took the time for this over thinker to figure out colors and understand what to expect. He delivered on all he promised and his team was outstanding---communicative, respectful of me and my home and very professional. I love my new lighter golden oak floor! Brightens up the room so much. TIP for anyone doing this: ask how much it would be for them to tear up your carpet and/or remove all the wood carpet tacks (those strips of wood around the perimeter of your room that the carpet is attached to). Removing the carpet was easy.....trying to get a crowbar/chisel under the carpet tacks was nearly impossible. Jerry did not overcharge and it was well worth it!“

“Walt was the first person my family contacted to get an estimate for a basement water issue and, after we met him and spoke to a couple of references, we knew he was the one. I canceled the other appointments and scheduled work with Max. Walt, Max, and the crew were pleasant to work with and addressed issues as they appeared flawlessly. The basement work involved creating a new trench in the perimeter and center of the basement, installing two sub pumps, and outside French drains. We took the opportunity since the crew was here and updated our concrete patio to pavers while fixing the pitch and pouring a new concrete entrance walkway. Since we had some pavers left over from the patio we decided to use them in the front and Max was able to work well with the other company to make that project successful. I would definitely recommend Down Under Waterproofing - they are very responsive, honest, reliable, and helpful.“
