“Florence Family Dental is amazing. The Dental Hygienists and the Dentists have been so nice to me. Their chairs have a massage and heat function and they give you sun glasses just to make all their patients comfortable. I have never waited long in the lobby to be called. It's usually right at my appointment time.

I have had several dentists in the past who have not listened to my concerns and my anxiety about getting cavities filled. I'm the type that they have to put 5 shots in my face just to begin to numb the area. So I have felt the pain of drilling before and it scares me.

The one cavity I had filled with Florence Family Dental, Dr. Blum was so kind and reassuring. He understood my anxiety and didn't make me feel silly for having it. He promised me that the cavity was so shallow that he could drill without the numbing agents and I wouldn't feel anything. I was so scared but he was right. He handled it so delicately and I didn't feel anything.

It's really nice to have a dentist who cares and works to undo the trauma I have from other dentists I've had in the past.

I had the same dentist when I lived out of state since I was a child and coming to PA I had trouble finding one I felt comfortable with. While I was getting work done, my hygienists and Dr. Elimanco were like a well oiled machine. Great communication. Dr. Elimanco also is very informative in telling you what he's doing and why.
