My overall experience for my second treatment of braces was decent. It did take a bit longer than originally anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances during Covid. There was several turnover of staff throughout my journey however I was & still am extremely grateful that Helen was someone who stayed on and provided excellent service. She works well with the doctors and is patient, attentive, and all around personable and knowledgeable. I’m glad that I was able to connect with her and the doctor well as they both listened to what my needs were without having made felt that I was difficult. So i have had my braces for a years and three months and i have only dealt with one other person besides Helen and let me just say Helen is THE BEST she is so sweet all the time smiling and positive sometimes she makes my days with just her bright energy she is always gentle and im gonna cry when I have to leave her you dont across people like that everyday everyone in the office knows Helen and Helen on for me .

UPDATE~ My issue was solved. Got a phone call from the ortho herself~ right after I posted the review. Got right in to have the brackets fixed. Just sad that it had to take a unfavorable review to have that happen! Hopefully going forward they correct any internal problems and do better.I have been very happy with this office UP UNTIL TODAY! My granddaughter has had two upper front tooth brackets that came undone and they said she could wait until her next appointment which was a week because she wasn't in pain. Get to the appointment this morning and now she has to wait a MONTH until the next appointment to have them fixed!!! They only scheduled her for her adjustment...read full review
