From my first message, he followed up promptly, showed up in person to give us an estimate within 2 days, and squeezed us in between other jobs to get to a time-sensitive project. His quote was very fair, especially given the top notch quality of the work. He and his team showed up promptly exactly when they said they would, got the work done quickly and cleanly, and were super friendly and transparent. They moved a ton of rocks from one area of the yard to a fire pit, defined and did gorgeous stone edging on some big flower beds in our front yard (and even came back the very next day with more stone for the other side after I decided it was so pretty and I wanted it to be symmetrical), moved/removed a bunch of shrubs, and did serious cleanup and pristine mulching and edging on all our beds. Gary is committed to going above and beyond on customer service and doing high-quality work that honestly exceeded my expectations. “Reasonably priced, quick install. But a gap was left at one end that took months for them to come out and fix. We were never notified which day they would come out so luckily we were home when they stopped by. Later a clip came out of one horizontal part of the fence that held in the vertical pieces and they said someone would fix it. It's been 15 days without any further communication to let us know when somebody may even stop by.“
