“Hired them to replace 90 feet of fencing, cedar board-on-board shadowbox style. Strict HOA and permitting requirements, but ADF helped by sending the insurance docs and fence material photos/diagrams promptly. Salespeople were professional and responsive. The install crew worked quickly and they were fine with replacing a few boards that were rough cut before they left. We had a disagreement on the style of the gate, but ADF made it right. My only complaint is that they didn't give me the date of install until the day before, so I couldn't prep my yard and they ended up dumping a ton of dirt on my river rock planters which took me weeks to fix. But hey I didn't hire landscapers - the fence looks great!“

From my first message, he followed up promptly, showed up in person to give us an estimate within 2 days, and squeezed us in between other jobs to get to a time-sensitive project. His quote was very fair, especially given the top notch quality of the work. He and his team showed up promptly exactly when they said they would, got the work done quickly and cleanly, and were super friendly and transparent. They moved a ton of rocks from one area of the yard to a fire pit, defined and did gorgeous stone edging on some big flower beds in our front yard (and even came back the very next day with more stone for the other side after I decided it was so pretty and I wanted it to be symmetrical), moved/removed a bunch of shrubs, and did serious cleanup and pristine mulching and edging on all our beds. Gary is committed to going above and beyond on customer service and doing high-quality work that honestly exceeded my expectations.
