“Just used Fetch fir the first time. Lexi has health and anxiety issues so I knew I was giving them a lot to deal with. I was very concerned she’d be able to stay. Fetch staff stayed in touch reached out to vet was so on top of everything with caring and professionalism This is not your normal boarding it’s so more then that. Your dog is cared for medically plus lovingly and you know they are in the best care Lexi is alot but they did it she came home with less anxiety and readjustment I am more then impressed Thank you from the bottom of my heart“

“I was referred to Bark Park by Stray cat relief fund for my poor Kitty who had such terrible matts it was causing him pain. ?

They did an amazing job and even took me in when they were overwhelmed and super busy. Which I'm sure lasagna ( the cat) appreciated! I know I did.

They did the best they could to not make him look ridiculous, and then went over and above by dropping him off at my place of business because they were unable to take him right away.

“I took my kitten to Heart and Paw last week when she was having an issue with her eye. The individual rooms had space my cat to roam and explore while waiting. The nurse and doctor took their time and listened to my concerns. They were very friendly and gentle with my cat and did a great job looking her over and evaluating her ailments. They did not try to upsell us on anything and we will be back again if my cat has any other needs in the future!“

Dr. Maier and Dr. Renaud came out to my home a few times when I couldn't make it into the office . Very accommodating to me and warm and caring to my animals . “Jenn has been amazing with our pup. She is older and can be grumpy, but she takes her time with her and treats her like she is part of her pack! When I pick her up, she is happy and not shaking like crazy. This speaks volumes because our girl typically has high anxiety and is so scared of strangers. She makes herself right at home at Jenn's. I love that she feels comfortable getting groomed. Not only does Jenn treat our girl wonderfully, she also does a great job with her grooming. She always grooms her in the desired length and style and she always smells so nice! We will continue to bring our dog to Jenn for her grooming needs. I highly recommend her!“

“We've been taking our dog Boomer here for about one year. He is very particular and we've been to a lot of groomers. He loves going to the Dog Room. He always comes back looking perfect and smelling great. The staff are extremely friendly and tell us how much they love Boomer and that he is a good boy. They are knowledgeable too. They told us once over the winter that he had some dry skin probably due to heat. They were right as confirmed by our vet. I highly recommend this place and so does Boomer.“

They give the dogs nap time and ensure safe play all day. Even though play is indoors, my dog comes home tired and ready to sleep after his fun filled day.
