“We use V&S flooring for our stair runners we noticed that there were some imperfections with the actual material couple of months after it was installed we called V&S, the owner came out, looked at the material and agreed contacted the manufacturer who denied any coverage but V&S replaced our stair runners at no cost to us!!!! exceptional customer service, they were very patient with us as we’ve had a couple of things going on this year, so took us quite some time to get back in to pick out the carpet that we wanted to replace it with, highly recommend them“
