“We had no hot water and when I went downstairs to investigate, discovered that our water heater was leaking. I reached out to David Heating & Cooling. We had not used them before, but they were the ones who had installed the unit prior to us owning the home and their contact info was on the unit. Their office was closed but the person who answered the emergency line helped me to troubleshoot my issue. It was exactly what I needed to get running again. He then said I could contact the company we use to maintain our boiler to follow-up. David Heating & Cooling could've easily have come out, charged us for an emergency visit (it was a Saturday afternoon) and bill us a pretty penny for their services but they didn't. That's a great company. Thank you.“

“We had Steve come out today to help with our tankless water heater, which has had issues with low output for a while. It had been serviced previously by another plumbing company with little change. While the unit is likely nearing the end of its lifespan, Steve provided all of the options. Ultimately, we decided to try flushing it to see if we could get it working better. It took a good amount of work but ultimately he was able to get it functioning much better. While he was here, we also had him replace the kitchen faucet and he did an excellent job with that as well. If you’re looking for professional and honest work, you can’t go wrong with Steve and New Era. The experience convinced me to sign up for their annual service program so we look forward to having them back soon to service our furnace.“

“I originally called because I thought I had a sewer gas leak. Just arrived on time and gave me a 25 minute heads up prior to his arrival. It took him about 35 or 40 minutes To diagnose the problem which was actually a leaky propane fitting. Justin was courteous and professional. He explained to me the process from step one all the way to the end.“
