I haven't actually worked with Jason yet, but I called out of the blue with some questions on a potential drain issue and he was gracious enough to spend a half hour on the phone with me answering my questions and explaining what he felt was the best course of action. I am holding out on tearing out a ceiling until (hopefully not) I have a drain issue. However, his willingness to give me the time and his professional opinion was absolutely appreciated. He definitely knows what he is talking about and his trade. I will definitely call Jason for any future plumbing needs.

I had a small leak in a sewage pump which I attempted to fix myself. The fix failed, and I knew enough to know the repair was beyond my ability and if I attempted to go farther I might cause damage. So, I made an appointment with Jason. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the issue within about three minutes, and had it fixed within another ten. Friendly, professional and skilled.
