“Fantastic company! I try to self service everything I can, but our central A/C stopped working despite my best efforts. Called Nichols and the owner came out the same day. He quickly found the issue, fixed it, and offered advice for future upgrades (that will save us money in the long run).I will be using Nichols again and once it’s time to replace the old A/C unit, I won’t even consider another company.
