“We had no hot water and when I went downstairs to investigate, discovered that our water heater was leaking. I reached out to David Heating & Cooling. We had not used them before, but they were the ones who had installed the unit prior to us owning the home and their contact info was on the unit. Their office was closed but the person who answered the emergency line helped me to troubleshoot my issue. It was exactly what I needed to get running again. He then said I could contact the company we use to maintain our boiler to follow-up. David Heating & Cooling could've easily have come out, charged us for an emergency visit (it was a Saturday afternoon) and bill us a pretty penny for their services but they didn't. “I originally called because I thought I had a sewer gas leak. Just arrived on time and gave me a 25 minute heads up prior to his arrival. It took him about 35 or 40 minutes To diagnose the problem which was actually a leaky propane fitting. Justin was courteous and professional. He explained to me the process from step one all the way to the end.“

We had to rebuild a floor to put the new pump on and they were so patient with us. They also did a really great job.
