“After experiencing one too many power outages some years ago, I contacted Tom at TMB Electric about getting a whole house generator. After a site inspection, Tom walked me through all the options and was invaluable in helping my wife and I make the final selection. They handled everything, arrived on time, cleaned up the site, and came in on time and on budget.It has been a few years and every time I have had a question or (minor) problem, Tom has bent over backwards going far above and beyond what I expected to make sure we were happy. Just prior to this past 4th of July weekend we had a power outage and the generator did not kick in. Even though it was after 6 pm, I left a voice mail asking for a call back the next morning. Not only did Tom call me back within a few minutes - he spent enough time on the phone with me to help me troubleshoot and get the generator working.I can't say enough good things about this company. You will not be disappointed. Top notch in every regard.“

“Ted is a rare find. We had a hot water heater stop working. The plumbing co. who installed it 4 years ago tried to repair it for me. They charged me $250 & told me basically good luck, you need an electrician, just cuz we installed it doesnt mean we will be able to fix it.. $250 for nothing. I called Ted. He was at my house within an hour. He fixed the problem quickly & charged me less than the plumbing co. Im sure he could have given me a story in order to increase the bill, but he didnt. Honest repair people are increasingly hard to find. Ted is the exception.“

“Norm and his team have always been great! They installed a ceiling fan in our leaving room and an EV plug in the garage. Norm is always super responsive and will do everything to get your project done quickly, neatly and super professionally executed. He even added a solid peace of wood on top of my stairs to access the attic in order to make it easier to get to the top! He installed my EV plug in a very short notice (despite his very busy schedule) so I could plug in my new EV car the day of delivery. Always priced very fairly and they leave the place super neat like they were never there! Norm is my guy to call for any electrical project.“

“I purchased a condo recently and the inspection found a few electrical items that I wanted addressed in addition to a couple of 120 VAC outlets that I wanted put into a laundry closet to support the washer and a dryer booster fan (the previous owner was OK running an extension cord through the attic and a dryer fan cord connected too....absolutely nothing). I had called another local company prior and their tech was a no show....annoying since I had to take time off work to meet him. I called Ron, he showed up on-time for the quote. Scheduled the work for a few days later. He showed up on-time for that. He did exactly what we discussed. It took him less time than he estimated. He and his assistant cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The cost was exactly what he had quoted me. They were respectful of my property and the installation was clean and professional looking. All issues were addressed. Just a good, honest transaction. I would definitely use Ron again but honestly I think he fixed everything so I probably won't need him!!!! :-)“
