We really appreciated how quickly the technician came to service our generator today. We are a one income family so my husband works all the time and hasn’t had time to service it. We will be using this company again.

Have had the purchase, install, and service from Rich at Alpine, of a propane home generator over the past year (which also included wiring through the basement). Satisfaction from the beginning onward; he's thorough, knowledgeable, serious, and punctual. He's also always been accessible, whether it's via texts, phone calls, or in person. No hesitation with a recommendation.

Rich has performed annual preventative maintenance service on our whole house generator for a few years now. He arrives to our house as expected and works efficiently to keep any downtime to a minimum. He also sends reminders for when the service is due to be performed. He is friendly and courteous and appreciate the GREAT work he does. I highly recommend him for this service!
