“Great studio with a welcoming community! There are lots of class options beyond yoga. I recommend the barre and Pilates classes. I took my first tap class and it was excellent. It was a fun option for beginners. The instructor Jody taught a fun and high energy lesson.“
“AHA’s online yoga classes have been a savior during Covid. The website and Punchpass make signing up and tracking classes taken easy. Kerry’s 1 & 1/2 hour Friday morning back care class is especially wonderful. She is great at giving clear instructions and is especially good at cueing alignment and correcting us individually, which is difficult on line. I’m happy to see like minded Iyengar yogis in my AHA classes. And when I show up, my body thanks me.“
