Thoughtful and efficient care. Had our first visit yesterday and even though I could not be with my puppy, due to Covid restrictions, they made the whole experience positive. I spoke with the doctor over the phone and they addressed all my concerns. Overall impression was efficiency, competency and kindness. We are actually looking forward to our next visit in a month :)

This is the best small animal vet I've come to find. I found them because I needed my male rat neutered. Their staff is very kind and welcoming. They answered all my questions and calmed the nervous pet mom in me. They are an hour away from my house and I will make that trek every time my rats need medical care.

Pembroke Animal Hospital has been wonderful. They have taken care of our two dogs and cat. Each time we visit they recognize our Furkids, genuinely care, and don't suggest unnecessary testing. They've known our animals since they were 8 weeks old. We appreciate all they do. We recently had to put our 13 year old cat down and they were so compassionate, made the experience as easy as it could be, and the whole staff signed and sent a condolence card. Thank you to the wonderful staff, vet techs, and vets.
