Understanding my dry humor, she immediately put us at ease and approached the situation with both professionalism and empathy. Her resourcefulness even extended to creative solutions when I went overboard with the photo boards. We were first time home buyers and it was extremely overwhelming knowing where to start and what to look for during this process. I have ben seeing Karen for 30 years! I have followed her everywhere she goes or moves her shop. When she retires so does my hair! She is great! I always walk out of the shop feeling and looking great!
We had my daughter’s 12th birthday at the spa. The 6 girls got mani’s and pedi’s. The staff were wonderful to work with from initial contact for the reservation to the day of service. Lots of little perks while we were there, like goodie bags for the girls. The only slightly negative comment I have, is that it was sometimes awkward that they had us use the waiting room for presents, cake, etc. as other patrons came in and out. I would highly recommend booking a party here!

If you need work done to your chimney, look no further. I had a leak due to a flashing issue and had a larger company come out initially for a quote. Low and behold I was told I needed a serious amount of work done in addition to the flashing. The initial experience wasn’t ideal and shelling out thousands after the experience I had didn’t sit right with me.I ended up finding Justin’s company and I knew a few minutes after meeting him that he was the guy. I didn’t think twice about spending the money after talking with him briefly. I trusted his suggestions and knew the job would get done right. If I ever need chimney work done, now I have the guy. I have been going to Crossroads since 03/2009. Dr. Stephanie and the staff at Crossroads are the best. Always accommodating and caring. I first went just for getting adjusted to keep my immune system working well. I go twice a month and I can truly say that in all that time I have hardly had and sickness. Recently, I had a bout with sciatica, very painful. Dr. Stephanie had me come in twice a day and even came to meet me on Saturday morning (normally closed) to adjust me. Within a week and a half she had me back to myself. :) Thank you to Dr. Stephanie and all at Crossroads!
Erin is amazing, she has done a few of my tattoos, once she told me she was in a different location of course I had to follow her. Drive 1 hour away to this amazing location. Felt very homie LOVED IT. Met the owner super chill, I will definitely post my new tattoo once it heals up. Jean in the office was tremendously helpful in keeping us in the loop (when Home Depot fudged the process to move forward). She reached out to them to fix the problem and everything went swimmingly thereafter. Install was fast, professional and very helpful!
