We lost our son recently and needed the services of a funeral home. Though the hospital provided a list, we stumbled upon Roan Family Funeral Homes independently. While my husband initially spoke with Matt over the phone, upon visiting, we met Katie. She was truly exceptional. Understanding my dry humor, she immediately put us at ease and approached the situation with both professionalism and empathy. Working with Roan Family Funeral Home was my first experience with needing funeral services. We worked with Katie on planning my mother's funeral and final events. The events were stunning and meaningful to all who attended.
