“Highly recommend this place . The instructor caters to the needs of the students. She doesn’t force them and yet challenges them just enough. Each week there is growth both mentally and physically as they are both interrelated . With each pose , you go deeper and become aware . The pics on the website doesn’t do justice to the complexity of the poses and yet the instructor guides the students with grace citing her own journey and growth as an example and prodding them to just try a little . A great place for improving both the physical and mental strength !“

“I signed up here when they first opened and its by far the best gym I have ever gone to. Extremely clean and always adding new equipment. I fell inlove with their spin classes and their app makes it really easy to see the schedule. Owners are really personable and it feels like a family there.“

“About a year ago, I walked into Banyan Tree for the first time. Out of shape, anxious, and a former rugby player…I didn’t know if yoga would be the right fit for me. From the first moment I entered the studio, I was greeted with welcome, warm instructors and an absolutely genuine and incredible vibe. Inclusive of all body shapes, ages, and abilities, the community at Banyan Tree has allowed me to grow not only as a yogi, but get more fit and calm that anxious mind a little. “My kids love Determined Martial Arts! Mr. Jed is great with the kids. He gives individual attention to each student and makes each person feel special. The setup is great for coming with multiple kids. I bring all four of my kids for one to go to Tiny Tigers and one to go to Beginner Kids. The others are happy to play in the comfortably arranged downstairs waiting room with the puzzles and books while we watch class on the monitor screen.“

“2022 February vacation In Aruba. I did yoga every morning via zoom with Arielle, Sharon or Sara.I was so excited I could take my makeup class the next day. I started my day with yoga, outside with the tropical breeze ( definitely had me swaying on the standing poses) breathing in ocean air, watching the sun rise was such a blessing. “I have had massage with Carol and found her deep tissue massage to be very thorough. Carols grasp of anatomy was wonderful! She knew right where to go to get my muscles to relax and release their old toxins. Her recommendations for a natural anti -inflammatory was life changing as I am unable to take nsaids. She is thoughtful, kind and compassionate. These qualities along with a thorough knowledge of her massage practice is indeed a winning combination!
