The line is less than two years old and we've had two back ups because it sunk, creating a belly. (Job was originally done by another contractor, not Roto Rooter.) In dealing with this malarkey, we needed a video scope and Pete has now made two videos, complete with narration, explaining the issue. He's polite, efficient, and has a great memory.
