Servpro was great to work with when our basement started flooding. Great customer service from start to finish, prompt delivery and excellent insight as to how to prevent long term damage.

After a broken water pipe in our basement, we were advised to call ServPro for the cleanup. Today was the 5th day they came and worked on the mess, and they are prepared to come more days if necessary. Kenny is the crew chief and he had several capable young men working with him. They installed dehumidifiers and fans where needed and checked them each day. Kenny filled me in on their progress each day and made sure I understood exactly what they were doing. I felt comfortable leaving the crew when I had an appointment and had to leave them alone. I would not hesitate to employ ServPro again if the need arises.
