I am so happy with my experience! From Matt coming out to do the quote, to my communications with Kim and then Chris cutting the glass - they were all amazing! They got the job done ahead of schedule, just in time for Easter and for my mom not to worry about her recently refinished dining room table. They were all so professional, courteous and skilled in their jobs and I would go back for any glass needs I have in the future!
Traynor glass is the best! It's why I love small businesses. I had a broken mirrored closet door. Not only were they able to replace the glass, they straightened the fame. I asked them if they would deliver it and the said sure. They delivered it and even brought it upstairs to the bedroom and installed it. I doubt many businesses would have done that. Traynor Glass went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend them!
My parents have been long time customers & always recommend Traynor because they’re the best. I’ve been here a couple times now. My most recent experience was having glass made for my wood-stove.My installer broke one of the pieces so I went back & they gave me a discounted replacement. After new installation, the glass cracked from another installation error. Brought the piece back and Matt gave me a replacement for FREE!I couldn’t believe it, I’m very thankful & appreciative that he would do that for me! The quality and finish of the glass is high quality. I won’t be going anywhere else going forward.6 out of 5 stars for this place!
