Erica was the florist for my wedding day and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her! She took my inspiration pictures and made them come to life and for that I will forever be so grateful! Not to mention, all of our guests couldn't stop saying how much they loved the flowers! I am so thrilled with my results! Ryane did a short consultation as it was my first time there, and we had a great conversation about my expectations and her suggestions. I immediately felt comfortable with her and knew I was in good hands. And the end result is incredible- my lashes look natural but also as if I have a full face of makeup- exactly how I wanted. I needed a new furnace and when Bryan came to give a quote, he was prompt, courteous, and patiently answered all my questions. He was also great about encouraging me to do some research so I'd know better what I was getting. The price was excellent, and the work was done cleanly and efficiently. He then took time to show me everything and explain what he'd done. I was dreading this whole ordeal, and it was so easy - and the outcome was excellent. Highly recommend!!!!!!

We just finished a large renovation project with BIP, and we were so impressed at every stage of the project. We interviewed about 7 different companies, and selected BIP, because we had an instant feeling of comfort with both Fred and Michelle. Together, they are an exceptional team. Michelle is a game changer – she was our contact person, who set the construction schedule and kept us updated every step of the way. Michelle has a keen eye for design, and worked with us in selecting finishes and materials for the project. Fred and Scott were amazing, and so detailed, at the construction and carpentry. Now, we are very picky people – but Fred, Michelle, and Scott were all pickier than us in every aspect of the project – nothing but perfection was acceptable to them. And, every subcontractor that was used on our project was at the highest level of competency and professionalism within their trade. Based upon how life typically goes, and my prior experiences with contractors, I was always waiting for the screw-up, the excuses, or the lack of attention to detail – but it never came. Our project was perfectly organized, it stayed on the planned construction schedule, and finished on time and on budget. There was not one single issue with any part of the project, and we are so thrilled with the results. We will only use BIP for any projects in the future. And, We would highly recommend Big Island Pond Remodeling!

I had to take a haitus for 7 years due to moving to another town. In the past four months I've been visiting message therapists and other chiropractors due to a lower back injury affecting my sciatic nerve. When the pain got to be too much and my mobility lessened toa point where I couldn't do daily tasks easily, I bit the and took the longer commute to go back, and all I can say is that it was so worth it! 1 treatment in out of 5 booked and I already have a sense of relief that I haven't felt in months!!! The first time I attended class at the Yoga Room I instantly felt the warmest of welcomes from everyone in the class and especially Maggie. I have been taking class weekly since, and honestly wish I could make more time for additional classes. The instructors are so knowledgeable and I have never felt I was being judged. I cannot say enough great things about this studio, its teachers, and the students here. It is a great place to start or continue your yoga journey!

I had asked a friend about getting an addition. She recommended her son-in-law, Norman "Bucky" Mancusi's company. Viewing their website photos, we loved the work they did. Still love the work they did. Our house needed to lose a flat roof, add more living and closet space. Add a bathroom and (wait for it) a covered roof deck. Norman explained everything. I called for a last minute root touch up on Thursday ( I usually go to Allure in Plaistow) . They were able to fit me in 15 minutes later. My color matched almost perfectly. Shop was very clean with the Covid precautions we need right now. Definitely loved my stylist,she was super friendly and fast.
KTM exteriors repaired and renovated extensive rot on the front of our lake house over the fall. We could not be happier with the outcome or with the process. We were kept informed of the progress with texts as well as pictures, and any change orders were fully explained. The job supervisor, Steven, was informative, pleasant, and kept us up-to-date, which was hugely important to us. The outcome was better than we could’ve expected. I highly recommend KTM.

I enjoyed my service at full blown hair design. I highly recommend it! Shannon is not only super accommodating but very professional. The salon is super clean and neat. If you have little ones this is a perfect salon for your children as they have a little kid side. I got to enjoy a delivery from a local food shop while getting my hair done. My extensions came out amazing, not only did she blend the color perfectly but I love the style. It’s definitely worth the 40 minute drive for me!
