RMON Networks is the best IT company I have ever dealt with. They are proactive while NEVER being pushy with sales. They keep me informed, but also strike a good balance with the fact that I don't really care to be an expert on IT so I rely on them to know and recommend what we need, but nothing we don't. They were my work tech support and were very good. Would put in a ticket and they would come asap. Even if you didn't have a work ticket, they would help you with your problem. Companies I have dealt with in the past would always make you put in the ticket regardless of how simple and easy a fix it was. RMON is easy to work with and they get it done
