We redid our whole home in Hampton, NH with Dube Plus and Mark our Project Manager during the winter of 2021. It was a seamless experience from our end and our home came out exactly, if not better than we anticipated. We bought our house back in June and throughout the summer noticed some leaks in the roof. We found out the roof had been done by Dube less than a couple years ago so we reached out to see if there was anything they could do. Steve was professional and went over the top to take care of us. When he misplaced our number he personally swung by to make sure he got back in touch with us. The warranty did not transfer to a new home owner but Steve honored it because it was so recent. Their customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
