I had an in-law added to my son’s home. Fred, Michelle and their staff were so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Their work ethic was beyond my expectations. I interviewed 3 other companies and I am so happy I chose them!
We recently hired Big Island Pond for our addition , and we couldn’t be happier with the results! We first meet Fred & Michelle and they were extremely knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable right away. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and highly skilled. They worked with us closely to ensure every detail of our vision was brought to life. The quality of craftsmanship is outstanding, and they finished the project on time and within budget. We chose Big Island Pond for our main bath and closet remodel after meeting and getting estimates from a few other local companies.
]Their cost estimate was reasonable but not the lowest. Despite that, we chose BIP after meeting with owners Michelle and Fred, who made such as great impression after describing themselves and the way they manage construction jobs, including how they communicate with the homeowner at each stage.
