Their quality of service is superb, friendly staff and clean facilities, while other veterinary clinic in Elkins said the brace doesn't work. Jeff was courteous, thorough, and fair in his estimate and gave us an honest assessment of their work. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Steve the technician was on time, polite, friendly and easy to work with. He did high quality work and was honest with us what he could and could not do. This is long overdue. I went here to purchase a hand made ring in honor of my daughter. Tom was great. I had questions from looking at his website prior to my visit. He explained everything. He had questions for me which allowed the ring to come out perfect. The turn around time was exactly what he said it would be (I had it mailed to me). I saw his work with cribbage boards and they are amazing. My ring was the 2 of three that my family purchased from him.
Nathan does a beautiful job with my hair. He is kind, professional, and experienced. The first thing that really impressed me is that on that first visit he asked and did not presume I wanted a blow dry. I don't, and he remembers.
Gave this place a try out of pure frustration with the bigger, expensive salons around Concord that have let me down. Krystal looked at a couple of inspiration photos I had saved and we came up with a plan. My hair was so limp, dry and dead. She gave me a few highlights to add depth and definition to my box dyed, dark hair. When she got done cutting and drying it, I cried happy tears at what I was seeing. She did exactly what I wanted and boosted my confidence! Thank you Krystal!!!
