Trina is the best kitty caretaker! I was very worried about leaving my two girls for a week since they rarely leave the house, but Trina treated them like her own. I received thoughtful daily updates and pictures. I would most definitely leave my two fur babies at Whisker Haven again.
Our first time at Groomer Has It and I cannot recommend them enough!! We have 3 pups (2 are 13 yo and 1 is just over a year old). I was nervous for our older girls but they did great and all 3 came out happy as could be and looking amazing! We will definitely be back!

I bought a propane grill there 2 days ago and I had it delivered. When I tried operate it I noticed the burner was not connected properly. I called them back to see how or if they could fix the problem. I was told that they would get back to me. Today I went back to see what they were going to do about the problem. Patrick Sheehan listened to my situation and he said give me 10 minutes and I'll be there to make right. He connected the burner properly and safely. It's employees like that who go the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction should be commended.
Just started experimenting with a variety of classes and instructors at the Derry location. Beautiful decor, amazing classes (something for every level every style). Instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. Best decision feel so good about myself. Thank you ?

Going to Gloss Skin and getting laser hair removal on my legs have been the best investment and experience for me. After two sessions, one month apart, I've seen tremendous results. The hair isn't growing back. Angela (the owner) encouraged that I continue to come monthly and I plan to return when my tan fades before summer. She's really gentle and knowledgeable with the machine. I've felt comfortable with her since the first time at the salon getting a facial. I recommend those too because she completely adjusted the plan when I explained my needs for hydration. It was fantastic, my skin has been glowing for since with the recommended products.
One major rec' for the hair removal: lotion and hydrate the skin alot the week prior. Day of treatment, no lotions or oils. After that, use an exfoliating glove every other day and later up. Ask about the glove, it's very course, thin, and strong. My skin loves it and my legs feel so soft hair-free. I'm very pleased with Gloss Skin and the ROI.
