I started going to Kristin for manicures about six months ago after a few bad experiences at two different local nail salons. On my first visit I was embarrassed to even show my nails - they were thin, ragged and peeling, a real challenge for any nail tech. Kristin removed my old shellac and applied a new one but recommended I just do regular manicures for a while and give my nails a rest. She worked with me over several months and I'm happy to report that I'm doing shellac's again and my nails look beautiful. My experience at Preference (for 2 years now) has been wonderful every time. I see Samantha. She started doing my nails and feet and then began doing my hair about a year ago. She always does a great job and she is so nice to talk to. Love this salon!!!! Highly recommend Samantha!!!!!
