She's so kind, her equipment works VERY well, and she's so knowledgeable. She explains to process upfront and what to expect and she has answered every question I've had with such confidence. You can tell she's no rookie! I've also tried the painless laser treatments at the medspa down the road, and the results weren't nearly as good.
