The setup is great for coming with multiple kids. I bring all four of my kids for one to go to Tiny Tigers and one to go to Beginner Kids. The others are happy to play in the comfortably arranged downstairs waiting room with the puzzles and books while we watch class on the monitor screen.“

“I reached out to Sensei Nic asking if he would have me as a guest while I was in New Hampshire for work. I train under a very credible Kyokushin school with a strong lineage in Canada. Sensei Nic's training is true to his own lineage and shows a clear grasp of the Kyokushin teachings.I was impressed with his students as well, who showed me great hospitality while I attended training with them, and welcomed me fully.Sensei Nic has a unique approach to developing kumite which I found very challenging as well as novel which I appreciated greatly. His conditioning was almost identical to that which I experienced with my own teachers who developed their methods through long training in Japan. This is a VERY good thing! His kihon practice is strong and adheres to the traditional way, however I found his approach to practical application of Kyokushin to be an excellent blending of tradition and modern self defense. I really enjoyed it - Sensei Nic is one of only a handful of Kyokushin Sensei's who have not only practiced kumite with me, but also grappled!
